Stephen Duns (Partner, Social Innovation and Research)

Joined Success Works as Partner and Director in April 2008 and is an experienced Human Services executive, Management Consultant, bioethicist and coach in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. His experience includes General Manager of Planning and Development at St John of God Accord, an intellectual disability organization, several Chief Executive Officer and general management roles in teaching hospitals, primary health care and social and community services in Australia and the UK. He has been involved in management consulting assignments to partner level in public and private health, pharmaceutical companies, health insurance and local government in the UK, Europe, USA and Australasia.

Stephen’s recent voluntary interests include Chair of Austin Health’s Human Research Ethics Committee, President and Chairman of the Board of Parkinson’s Victoria and Parkinson’s Australia, President of Cobaw Community Health Services and Vice President of a community radio station.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Executives, as well as an accredited Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Business Leadership, and has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), Bachelor of Letters (Psychology) and Master of Business Administration degrees.

Linette Harriott (Consultant)

An exciting development for the MentoringWorks program is the recent appointment of Linette Harriott as Program Manager of the Allied Health Mentoring Program. Linette Harriott is passionate about human rights and committed to supporting structural changes in society. Linette is an experienced trainer/educator with 25 years of work in the provision of welfare services, including leadership and management roles, concentrated mostly in the area of sexual assault and family violence. Her most recent projects include managing a Centre Against Sexual Assault, participation in the Sexual Assault Law reform Review and Teaching in the Department of Psychology at Victoria University. Linette is interested in exploring the intersections of power and control, gender, age, sexuality, physical ability, culture and class.

Debbie Bennett (Coordinator Development Strategies)

Co-ordinates the logistics at MentoringWorks ensuring workshop registrations, appointments and/ or interviews, presentation and workshop materials are organised for seamless operations. Continuous liaison of MentoringWorks' wide and varied clientele base provides support to our consultants and customers and Debbie's extensive background in project management, procurement, logistics and administration skills assist to ensure the smooth implementation of projects from conception to final report
