A paradigm has been defined as "A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline".

This definition requires that a paradigm has values, theoretical constructs and practice guidelines. We have established a leadership paradigm according to this definition.
