Mentoring is a strategic holistic relationship between two or more people to encourage inquiry, explore options, encourage innovation and support action in both personal and professional life. The MentoringWorks program is influenced by Appreciative Inquiry - a strength based approach. Our tailored programs are based on : - detailed literature review

- our work to date including testing a range of tailored programs to meet the needs of any organisation or sector
and we provide: - mentor learning workshops
- appropriate matching of mentors/mentees
- mentor and mentee workbooks
- follow up support to mentors and mentees
- quarterly group learning circles where mentees and mentors are provided with Professional Development sessions
- on-Line training
- on-line message board and chat rooms

- Mentoring in Rural and Remote Areas
- Working as partners – working with the Department of Human Services to develop, design a mentoring program as part of their recruitment and retention strategy for rural and remote areas.
